Putahataha Island

January 22, 2021

After getting back on board the boat, we took a bit of a tour of the Bay of Islands. First around Cape Brett Lighthouse and then through "hole in the rock".

After the tour we had lunch and headed out to Putahataha Island for our second dive. As soon as we descended, I found this active eagle ray.

At about the mid-point of the dive we headed into a cave and saw a number of crustaceans.

Towards the end of the dive, my buddy decided to feed some fish a Kina.

Finally, right at the end of the dive, I saw a jellyfish with bioluminescence.
