For our dive in Double Cove, we were encouraged by the dive operator to smash the infestation of Kina and feed them to the fish. There were also a number of beer bottles littering the site so I picked one up, took the obligatory drinking selfie, and used it as my Kina smasher.

Naturally, there were a lot of blue cod on the site. They're just as inquisitive and curious as their brethren in Wellington.

After the last dive of the day it was time to head back to Waikawa and go to the Jolly Roger restaurant for a real beer.
